REGULAMENT
Casa de Cultura a Sindicatelor si Primaria Municipiului Onesti
organizeaza in perioada 14-20 mai 2012, editia a XVII-a, a Festivalului
și concursului international de muzica usoara pentru copii TI AMO,
Onesti, Romania.
TI AMO este un festival și concurs de interpretare si creatie care isi propune
sa promoveze prin intermediul spectacolelor, transmisiilor Radio-TV, copii
talentati in interpretarea muzicii usoare romanesti specifice varstei lor.
Prin schimburile cultural-artistice care se vor realiza, dorim legarea de prietenii
trainice intre copiii participanti iar prin Onesti, zona Trotus si Moldova,
Romania sa fie cunoscuta si apreciata peste hotare.
I. Reguli de concurs pentru sectiunea INTERPRETARE
Concursul se adreseaza copiilor cu varste intre 6-14 ani pe trei categorii:
- 6 - 8 ani,
- 9 - 11 ani,
- 12 - 14 ani.
Pentru fiecare categorie de varsta se vor acorda premii si mentiuni.
Trofeul International Apollo Music Onesti se va acorda unui singur
concurent indiferent de categoria de varsta, care prin evolutia
sa a reusit sa se evidentieze in mod cu totul deosebit. Se pot
acorda si premii speciale in functie de optiunile presei, posturilor
de televiziune si radio sau organizatiilor de profil, sustinute
de sponsori.
CRITERII DE JURIZARE PENTRU INTERPRETARE :
I. CALITATI VOCALE SI INTERPRETATIVE :
A - Intonatie, claritate timbrala, amplitudine vocala,dictie si emisie vocala
;
B Stil interpretativ specific varstei privind expresivitatea melodiei si
continutul textului ;
II. PREZENTA SI MISCARE SCENICA :
A- In timp ce canta sa realizeze miscari strict necesare sustinerii
interpretarii, in special prin mimica si expresivitatea miscarii
bratelor (6-8 ani) sau sa execute miscari coregrafice elaborate
care sa puna in evidenta expresivitatea melodiei si continutul
textului (9-11 ani, 12-14 ani) ;
B - Nu trebuie sa arate emotie si disconfort ;
C- Costumatie adecvata varstei si cantecului ales;
III. RELATIA CU PUBLICUL :
A - Cantecul sa fie de show, de regulă într-un ritm miscat ,sa
corespunda particularitatilor de varsta si temperamentale (melodie
si text), sa exprime preocuparile si aspiratiile copiilor ;
B - Evolutia sa fie placuta, sa contina elemente originale si sa
incite publicul ;
C- Cantecele vor fi interpretate in limba romana sau partial(o singură strofă)
intr-o limba de circulatie internationala.
Fiecare concurent este evaluat pe baza celor trei criterii cu note de la 10
la 1.
III. CRITERII DE JURIZARE PENTRU CREAȚIE :
a). Participa la creatie numai piesele intrate in concursul de interpretare
in urma preselectiei, care sunt in prima auditie.
b). Melodia si textul sa fie adecvate varstei concurentului.
IV. Preselectia
Pentru ediția a XVII-a 2012 preselecția se va realize în două etape:
1. Preselecție zonală conform unui grafic de desfășurare ce va
fi afișat din timp pe site-ul www.tiamo.ro .
În
perioada 1 iulie 15 noiembrie fiecare concurent trebuie să se
înscrie online (nume, prenume, vârsta, localitatea, telefon)
fără să achite taxa de preselecție aceasta urmând a fi încasată
inaintea evoluției în preselecție.
2. Preselecția finală va avea loc la Onești, la Casa de cultură
a sindicatelor în data de 7 aprilie 2012.
1. Suportul muzical va fi numai pe CD în format audio CD.
2. După preselecția finală se vor trimite obligatoriu urmatoarele
date (conform Anexei nr. 3):
a). Numele si prenumele concurentului, varsta;
b). Tara, numere de telefon la care poate fi contactat;
c). Data nasterii;
d). Titlurile pieselor;
e). Adresa;
f). Copie dupa certificatul de nastere a concurentului;
g). Numele insotitorului (o singura persoana) cu numar de C.I./B.I./
Pasaport;
h). Scurta descriere a activitatii concurentului (prezente radio-TV,
participari la alte concursuri, premii obtinute);
i). O fotografie color, in prim plan pe fundal deschis;
Piesa selectata de juriu va fi obligatoriu interpretata in concurs.
Textele cantecelor vor fi transcrise in engleza (traducere libera).
Pe fiecare pagina vor fi notate (conform Anexei nr. 2):
3.Calitatile cerute cantecului:
a). Sa fie adecvate varstei si temperamentului concurentului iar
textul sa exprime preocuparile si aspiratiile copiilor;
b). Sa fie vesele, tempo miscat, care sa induca buna dispozitie
in randul spectatorilor, sa se adreseze ca mesaj si interpretare
puterii de intelegere a copiilor ;
c). Nu se admit cantece de larga circulatie din repertoriul national
si international al adultilor;
d). Nu se admit piese muzicale din repertoriul muzicii culte (simfonic,
opera, opereta, etc.) ;
e). Concurentul roman poate interpreta piesa intr-o limba straina
dar numai o strofa .
f). Materialele trimise la preselectie nu se returneaza.
g) Durata cântecului nu trebuie să depășească 330.
4. Obligatii si taxe :
a)Organizatorii asigură gratuit cazare și masa pe perioada desfășurării
concursului tuturor concurenților și a unui singur însoțitor.
b). Taxa de preselectie este de 50 lei si se achita inaintea evolutiei
concurentului.
c) Taxa de participare : 100 lei se va vira in contul
RO36 RNCB 0030 0138 2490 0001 BCR SUCURSALA ONESTI sau trimite
prin mandat postal pe adresa Casei de Cultura a Sindicatelor Onesti,
str. Culturii nr. 1 cod: 601081, jud. Bacau, Loc. Onesti, pana
la data de 10 mai 2012.
Concurentii pot participa la oricare din centrele de preselectie.
Concurentii care din motive deosebite nu s-au prezentat la preselectia
zonala pot participa direct in preselectia finala cu conditia
achitarii taxei de 150 lei.
CONDITII GENERALE
Concurentii selectati pentru concurs vor primi invitatia pe baza careia vor
participa la editia a XVII-a a Festivalului și Concursului International TI
AMO 2012, numele lor figurand si pe site-ul festivalului www.tiamo.ro
Negativele pot contine si backing vocal dar realizat pe o linie
melodica diferita de cea interpretata de concurent (mai ales la
refrene).
Concurentul trebuie sa detina acordul scris al compozitorului si
textierului privind cesionarea drepturilor de autor pentru difuzare
in timpul si dupa desfasurarea festivalului, conform contractului
remis. Compozitorul si textierul nu-si pierd dreptul de autor
asupra piesei (conform Anexei nr. 4)
Concurentii admisi care sunt proprietarii cantecului vor incheia
prin intermediul insotitorului un contract, prin care renunta la
orice pretentii materiale privind difuzarea audio-video in timpul
si dupa desfasurarea festivalului.
Concurentii care nu au acordul scris al autorilor cantecului vor
trimite un act notarial prin care se obliga sa suporte eventualele
pretentii materiale solicitate de acestia.
Nu se admit grupuri vocale. Daca concurentul face parte dintr-un
grup vocal care evolueaza in afara concursului, acesta va putea
canta in grup numai dupa incheierea concursului.
Nerespectarea acestor cerinte atrage dupa sine eliminarea din
concurs.
Organizatorii festivalului suporta cheltuielile de cazare si masa
a tuturor concurentilor si a cate unui insotitor incepand cu data
de 16.05. 2012 pana la data de 20.05.2012 astfel :
Deciziile juriului de concurs si preselectie sunt irevocabile si
nu pot fi contestate.
Numarul de concurenti va fi stabilit de organizatori in functie
de valoarea concurentilor.

REGULATIONS
The Cultural Club of the Trade Unions and the Onesti Townhall
organise the XVII th edition of the International Pop Music Festival
for Children TI AMO, Onesti, Romania, between the 14 20-th of
May, 2012.
TI
AMO represents an interpretation and creation contest and its target
is to promote the gifted children and their performance
regarding pop music, to release songs specific to their age through
entertainment, show, radio-TV broadcasts, in order to be received
by the audience. On one hand, this festival offers the framework
for some real talents and on the other hand , the cultural-artistic
exchanges will lead to a strong friendship between the competitor-children,
thus, Onesti , the Trotus area and Moldavia as well as Romania
to be well-known abroad.
I. CONTEST REGULATIONS FOR THE INTERPRETATION SECTION
The contest is made up of three age categories :
- 6-8 years old,
- 9-11 years old,
- 12-14 years old.
For each age category prizes and honourable mentions will be granted. The International
Trophy APOLLO MUSIC Onesti will be awarded to only one competitor who stands
out from other competitors, regardless of the age category. Other special prizes
will be awarded depending on the presss choice, radios and TVs option, or
organisations supported by sponsors.
II. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION AND FOR THE JURY
a). The song has to be specific for entertainment, show, to be
in accordance with age and music (song and lyrics), to express
the concern, care and aspiration of the children ;
b). The performance has to be original, inspired and to delight
the audience;
c).
Intonation, timbre clearness or distinctness, vocal amplitude;
d).
Vocal performance of the song in accordance with age of the child
especially regarding the expressiveness of the song and of
the lyrics;
e. Is not allowed a performance on stage in a bad condition, emotional
condition or discomfort ;
f). The dressing up (clothing) for the performance on stage has
to be adequate to the age and in accordance with the song ;
III. RULES FOR CREATION SECTION
a). The song must be on first hearing and represents the song chosen
at the pre-selection of the interpretation contest.
b). The owners of the song (composer or parents) will send a statement
authenticated by the Notary Public ( according to Appendix no.1).
c). The song and the lyrics must be in accordance with the age
of the competitor.
d). The children will be awarded prizes (the first, the second
and the third prize) and the composer will receive a diploma.
e). Pre-selection registration fee: 60 Euro
IV. PRESELECTION
1. The songs will be only on CD, each competitor being able to
send two songs recorded pozitive and negative. The song selected
by the jury will be binding performed on stage during the contest.
The lyrics of the songs will be translated in English (free translation)
or in Italian (free translation) . On each page the following will
be noted (according to Appendix no 2) :
a). Surname and first name of the competitor ;
b). Age category ; Country ;
c). Surname and first name of the composer ;
d). Surname and first name of the lyricist ;
Is not allowed to use the initial letters for surname and first
name.
2. It is compulsory for the competitor to send the following data
(according to Appendix no. 3 ) :
a). Surname and first name of the competitor ; Age ;
b). Country ; Phone numbers in order to be contacted ;
c). Date of birth ;
d). Name of the songs;
e). Address ;
f). Copy of birth certificate belonging to the competitor ;
g). Name of the accompanying person for the child (only one person
) with the number of Identity card / Passport ;
h). A brief description of activity of the competitor ( radio-TV,
other competitions, other prizes obtained by the competitor) ;
i). A colour photography, forefront on light background ;
Optional: a DVD with the competitor in the city/town where he/she
is living, which contains a message from the competitor and parents
of competitor (maximum 2 minutes) can be sent. Optional : a CD
which contains one or two songs belonging to one or more representative
artists (floklore, pop music, rock, etc.) belonging to the country
from which the competitor is coming can be sent.
3.The qualities requested for the song :
a). To be in accordance with the age and spirit of competitor and
the lyrics must express the care, concern and aspiration of the
children ;
b). To be joyful, in rhythm, to lead to good spirits, the message
of the song to be according to the power of understanding at children
level ;
c). Songs widely circulated belonging to adults national and international
repertory are not allowed ;
d). No music allowed in the repertoire of music (symphonic, opera,
operetta, etc.).
e) the application tax for pre-selection is 60 Euro
V. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The closing date/limit date for receiving the materials necessary
for preselection ( CD, lyrics, personal data ) is 16 .03.2012.
The competitors selected for contest will receive the invitation as a base
of their participation to the XVI -th edition of the International Pop Music
Festival for Children TI AMO 2012, their names can be found on the site of
the festival : www.tiamo.ro
The negatives may contain vocal backing which has to be achieved
on a melodic line different from the one performed by the competitor
(especially to refrains).
The competitor must have the written agreement of the composer
and lyricist regarding the assignment of the copyright for broadcasting
during the festival and after the festival , according to the delivered
contract. The composer and lyricist will not lose the copyright
for the song (according to Appendix no. 4).
The competitors accepted and who are the owners of the song are
obliged to conclude a contract through the accompanying person,
in this way announcing their waiver to any material claims regarding
the audio-video broadcasting during the festival and after the
festival.
The competitors who wil not have a written agreement with the
authors of the song, must send a notary public document . This
document has the role of compulsory regulation for the competitors
and obliged them to bear the material claims in case that authors
of the song requested such kind of claims.
Vocal groups are not allowed in the competition. In case that
the competitor belongs to a vocal group that performs out of contest,
the competitor will have the opportunity to sing together with
his vocal group after the end of contest.
The non-observance of these requirements entails the elimination
of competitor from this contest.
The organizers offer the accommodation and transport for the competitor
plus for one accompanying person during the entire period of staying
in Romania. The foreign delegations who will come by plane ( on
the Otopeni International Airport) or by train ( on the North Railway
Station from Bucharest, on the Railway Stations from Adjud Onesti
and Bacau will be taken over by the organizers from their arrival
places. The details will be settled by phone , fax or by e-mail.
The accompanying person of the foreign competitor will announce
the precise date and the arrival place in Romania, in order to
be taken over by the organizers.
The arrival of the foreign competitors in Onesti will be on May
14, 2012 and the departure from Onesti will be on May 20, 2012
at 6 a.m.
The decisions of the contest Jury and of the preselection Jury
shall be irrevocable and final. No contests/disputes are allowed.
The number of competitors shall be settled by the organizers depending
on the competitors value.
